Bob joined Capital Forensics in 2007 as a data and litigation analyst, where he learned the processes needed for data validation and account reconstruction, while participating in the quantitative analysis functions for litigation.  He then began supervising assigned litigation matters, and testifying on the quantitative aspects of the cases.

Today, in addition to being recognized for his quantitative expertise, Bob is responsible for the oversight and supervision of the firm’s team of analysts for both litigation-related matters and regulatory projects.  He works closely with in-house and outside counsel to ensure successful case management from inception through resolution.

Bob has testified as an expert in quantitative data analysis in arbitration disputes, and has worked on several noteworthy regulatory projects and investigations. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and is designated by FINRA as a Certified Regulatory and Compliance Professional (CRCP).
