Meg SandridgeExpert Witness
Meg Sandridge has spent more than 40 years leading cross-functional teams in all facets of Early Dispute Resolution, with extensive experience in designing and implementing processes and systems, hiring and developing staff, regulatory reporting and root cause analyses.
Most recently, for the past 20 years, Ms. Sandridge managed the Complaint Resolutions Group for Wells Fargo Advisors, and its predecessor firms, Everen Securities, Prudential Securities, and AG Edwards. She was responsible for capturing and resolving all client complaints (Sales Practice and Operational/Service) as well as for all regulatory reporting and disclosures of complaints.
In a previous role, for nearly 17 years, Ms. Sandridge was Director of Client Relations at PaineWebber and its successor company, UBS. Here, she led the team responsible for capturing, resolving and reporting/disclosing all client complaints. Meg is known for having designed, developed and managed Wall Street’s first dedicated sales practice complaint handling team. Early in her career, Meg supervised the administration of customer complaints resolved by Commodities Futures Trading Commission’s Administrative Law Judges.
Ms. Sandridge received her undergraduate degrees from Chatham University and the University of Maryland, and her J.D. from Georgetown University Law, in Washington, D.C.
