Leadership of 23 Year-old Consultancy Passes to Vadim Khavinson from Firm’s Founder, Jay Rosen
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL – January 11, 2017 – Capital Forensics, Inc. (CFI) announced today that Vadim Khavinson has become the firm’s Chairman and CEO.
Established in 1993 by Jay Rosen, CFI is considered one of the nation’s most respected litigation consulting and expert testimony firms, helping financial institutions, FORTUNE 500 companies and their legal advisors avoid and resolve complex, high-stakes legal and regulatory challenges. Mr. Rosen will remain actively engaged at CFI as the firm’s Chairman Emeritus, and will continue to provide advice and counsel to clients, and to serve as an expert witness.
Mr. Khavinson joined CFI in 2002 as an analyst, and has assumed increasingly higher levels of responsibility, playing a significant role in growing the firm’s capabilities, which currently include more than 60 professionals who provide a broad range of services to deliver successful case and issue resolution for clients. Most recently, he has served as President of CFI for more than 8 years.
Vadim Khavinson is recognized as an authority in regulatory compliance, reconstruction of accounts, and suitability across a broad range of asset classes and investment strategies. He has extensive experience as an expert witness. In addition to overall management of the firm and providing litigation strategy and expert testimony for a wide range of industry segments, he also spearheads CFI’s commitment to leveraging technology to uncover new and innovative approaches to analyze data and more effectively represent client interests.
